Customization:

• After you make the order, please send your pet's picture to below email:  social@elmopet.com. We will make a beautiful design for you and send to you by email before production begins.  If helpful, here are the technical specifications we recommend:
  • Images that are 1MB or larger, or
  • Images that are 1800 x 1800 pixels in size or larger, or
  • Images with 75 PPI (Pixels per Inch) or more.
• If you don't want the reverse side to be a picture too but some English characters, please specify in the email and we will design for you. 
• Please allow 3-5 working days for our Shanghai based studio to produce the customized product for you and 10-14 days for shipping to US + Canada and 7-10 days for shipping to Europe + SEA.
• In order to protect the product, protective film has been pasted on both sides of the products, please remove the film after receiving your items!
